I am very pleased to announce that I won the award for “Best New Artist” in this year’s MAMAs (Madison Area Music Association)!  Check out the list of winners here.  Big thanks to all of you in the area who happened to cast a vote for me….I hope this will be the start of bigger and better things.  For those of you who haven’t heard my album yet, please check it out!

Last month I had the honor of being asked to perform John Lennon’s classic “Come Together” with an army of samba drummers during Madison’s Carnaval at the Majestic Theatre. It was a blast and the video is pretty fun too:

The good folks at “RAW: Natural Born Artists” had been asking me to do one of their showcases for a while, and last week it finally happened. Here are a couple of photos from the “Menagerie” show:

The High Noon show went about as well as I could have hoped…200 strong came out to witness it, and many left with a copy of “In This Place” to take home. All of the musicians played brilliantly, lending their unique talents to bring my songs to life. It was a show I’ll never forget. My goal is to play shows like that all over the world.

I am pleased to announce the release of my debut album “In This Place“.  To celebrate, I will be playing the album live with a full 8 piece band on Feb. 2nd 2012 at the High Noon Saloon in Madison.  It will also be featuring Josh Harty, the MAMA-winning Letter 8, and more great local artists.  The album will be for sale at the show at a special discounted rate.  Woohoo!!
